I have been training dogs for around 6 years now. It started as a fascination with my pointer Reggie, getting to know what motivated him, why he just wanted to chase birds all day and not listen to me. It then became deeper, helping friends and family. Until I then wanted another challenge, something that would want to work and engage in training. So I rescued a Malinois - Ronnie and then Kray K9 was born. I became obsessed with dog training - how to read them, how to motivate and de-motivate, how to communicate with them, how they communicate with us.
This then started me down the dog sport route, I needed to fulfill this insane animal so lets dive right into one of the most skilled and progressed sectors of dog training - protection sports.
The obsession grew and I LOVED it. Figuring out what made dogs tick, how I can get them to do these incredible things and how I need to read their emotions, feelings and make them feel powerful.

I’m now 4 years into  my dog sport journey. I have certified as a Protection Sport Association (PSA) decoy, I have my own dog that I am working up through the levels (Bonnie) and I have worked with and am actively training with some of the best dogs and handlers in the UK right now.So, you might now be thinking why would you send your frenchie that doesnt walk nicely on a lead or your Labrador that is reactive to other dogs to me. Through all this experience I know how to read the most serious and powerful dogs on the planet and I problem solve with them to get them to do things and not do things. So I absolutely will be able to problem solve for your pet dogs behaviour. I am a balanced trainer and use a full spectrum of motivation.
