Refund Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy for Kray K9

 

At Kray K9, we understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness to all clients and to allow us to offer appointments to others, the following policy applies to all training sessions and services.

 

Booking Confirmation

 

Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received.

 

Cancellations

 

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled session are eligible for either:

    • A full refund, or

    • A free transfer of your booking to another available date.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled session are not eligible for a refund.

 

Missed Appointments

 

If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, the session will be treated as completed and no refund or reschedule will be offered.

 

Rescheduling

 

Where possible, we are happy to rearrange appointments if at least 24 hours’ notice is provided.

 

Requests made within 24 hours of the appointment are at Kray K9’s discretion and cannot be guaranteed.

 

Exceptional Circumstances

 

We understand that genuine emergencies can occur. In exceptional circumstances, Kray K9 reserves the right to offer a refund or reschedule at our discretion.

 

If We Need to Cancel

 

If Kray K9 needs to cancel or rearrange your appointment due to illness, adverse weather, or circumstances beyond our control, you will be offered either:

 

  • A full refund, or

  • An alternative appointment at a mutually convenient time.
